We're all about offering fun, personalized service while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and an efficient, full-range online shopping experience that includes coffee, beverages, snacks and more.

If that weren't enough, we plant a tree for every order we receive and offer recycling for products such as coffee pods, paper cups, and snack wrappers that can't be recycled by municipalities and would otherwise just go to landfill.

So where do you fit in? We are looking for someone to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Representative


We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, ambitious and will do what it takes to get the job done.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer calls and provide efficient and friendly customer service.
  • Input customers' orders into internal system.
  • Find solutions to customer issues and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Following processes and working as part of a team to ensure smooth operation throughout the day.

Qualifications

  • Postsecondary degree/diploma
  • 12 years of experience in customer service / office administration.
  • Strong organizational, timemanagement and communication skills.
  • High sense of initiative and ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Teamplayer with a personable and friendly personality.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problemsolving.
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
