Choice Homecare is looking for homemakers/housekeepers to provide exceptional services for our clients. If you are a mature, self-starter who enjoys working independently and enjoys helping others, this opportunity may be just what you are looking for

Our homemakers/housekeepers are important members of the home care team and works under the supervision of a care manager. Homemakers/Housekeepers perform various non-personal care services necessary to meet the client's needs.

JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities of the homemaker/housekeeper include, but are not limited to:

  • Vacuuming
  • Dusting
  • Laundry
  • Mopping
  • Cleaning Bathrooms
  • Cleaning Kitchens
  • Organizing
  • Meal Preparation

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma
  • Life experiences providing homemaker services
  • Negative TB skin test or chest xray completed within the past 12 months
  • Required
  • Clear vulnerable sectors police check completed within the past 12 months
  • Required
  • Ability to work with little direct supervision
  • Have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
