Your future duties and responsibilities
As a team lead on our cloud delivery team, you will be leading a team of skilled cloud members and maintaining stability in our public cloud environments, as per defined agreements with several strategic customers

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead a team of cloud specialists, providing technical leadership, professional development planning and performance management to ensure the delivery of highquality services
  • Monitor the profitability of the managed cloud service, and plan and action cost control activities when necessary. Forecast revenue on costs on a monthly basis, track actuals and conduct gap analysis.
  • Help to shape the direction of the team aligned with CGI core values, mission and vision
  • Participate in the hiring process of new talent to support strategic growth of the team
  • Coach, mentor, and performance manage team members to ensure they have the skills, experience and capacity required to provide service delivery excellence to clients
  • Maintain relationships with our members, customers and partners
  • Coordinate incidents and changes
  • Establish and drive resolution plans to resolve issues and problems to completion
  • Primary contact for incident escalation
  • Ownership & detailed understanding of the customer landscape managed within the public cloud environment & understand interdependencies between systems (both within cloud and beyond)
  • Analyze customer technical requirements and organize / coordinate experts from public cloud delivery team, and drive those topics to resolution to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Present the intricacies of the private offering, technical details, and engagement model to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the public cloud team for execution of the service delivery plan and schedule.
  • Deliver and maintain cloud tenant environments and operations: Azure, AWS and GCP
  • Build, maintain and deliver Dashboard reporting to demonstrate operational metrics and health
  • Ensure the availability, scalability and security of accountable tenants, services and systems
  • Collaborate across the organization to ensure integration and operation of accountable services with other systems and services
  • Contribute to the planning, execution and delivery of the cloud managed services and projects, ensuring they deliver required capabilities on time and within budget
  • Evergreen documentation of service management configuration, support processes and knowledge base
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, product roadmaps, and technologies enhancements to continuously improve accountable services and systems
  • Identify and action growth opportunities
