About the RoleAs the Senior Community Manager, you will team up with studio leads and the Global Publishing team to deliver Community acquisition, engagement & retention strategies for your titles.


Job ResponsibilitiesAudience strategy:
Translate the Brand and Publishing strategies into meaningful audience growth and engagement objectives and plans on relevant platforms.

Articulate and coordinate the global audience strategy with the brand / marketing campaign to secure synergies in reach and conversions.

Team up with Studio leads to amplify content and generate acquisition, engagement and / or retention based on needs through testing phases - Alpha, Beta, EA and launch.


Content strategy:

Work with Studio and Brand partners to identify, suggest and amplify relevant content to deliver on growth and engagement objectives.

Work with our KOL agency to amplify content from creator and synch with the community.

Audience intelligence:
Build relevant insights into the content strategy and reflect markets and platforms specificities. Monitor updates from competing games and provide new content suggestions accordingly. Track and report on Audience growth and engagement.

Track and report the major issues and opportunities each game's community in a timely manner and engage the key stakeholders.


Community management:
Build the community infrastructure across channels, including online stores (Steam, Sony, MSFT).

Monitor conversations and content, promptly respond to hot topics and trends in the current market, adjust strategy and produce pan-entertainment content accordingly.

Work with streaming platforms on activations (e.g Twitch drops). Create & host community events. Partner with studio to test programs with community.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree and above. Excellent spoken and written English.

Good understanding of content and market trends, you know the pop-culture/entertainment/internet in order to build relevant strategy.8 years+ of audience / community management.

Proven experience in building growth, engagement and retention strategies, leading planning and supporting operations for a digital entertainment brand, ideally in the video game sector.

Experience running branded campaigns on major content platforms, especially YouTube and TikTok. You will also be in charge of programme deployment on platforms like Steam, Discord and Twitch.
A real passion for the games industry with genuine interest and knowledge in games.

You will be the voice of our game to the players, so some experience of speaking at public events is required along with the ability to empathise with the varied needs of different player types.

Able to communicate and work closely with cross-functional teams, adapt to different time zones, be able to respond to team requests in a timely manner.

Organised and with very good project management skills. Able to prioritize effectively and be competent in handling multiple programs across multiple markets.
High levels of initiative, energy, ownership and urgency.

Capability to travel to support our partners in North-America, Western Europe or AsiaThe base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $99,600 to $182,260 per year.

Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.

Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.

Employees are also able eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) plan, accrue from 15 up to 25 days of vacation leave per year, up to 10 paid holidays per year, 2 floating holidays and accrue up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year.

Your benefits eligibility requirement will be adjusted to reflect your location, employment status, duration of employment with the company, and position level.

Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
