Job Objective


As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in all tasks necessary for the efficient operation of the store.

Providing prompt and courteous service to customers is essential to maximize sales and customer service, all in alignment with our company's image of quality and professionalism.


Status

  • You will report directly to the Store Manager and work closely with the District Manager and other resource departments.
  • Your active participation is integral to creating a healthy and pleasant atmosphere within the store.
  • Supporting the manager in supervising salespeople and all other employees essential to the efficient operation of the store is a key part of your role.

Job Overview and Responsibilities

  • Providing total customer service and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Assisting store management in developing the sales team.
  • Ensuring the visual presentation aligns with ALDO Group corporate standards.
  • Managing inventory and maintaining backroom standards.
  • Ensuring adherence to all loss prevention and security policies, as well as credit policies and procedures.
  • Controlling operating costs.
  • Demonstrating a strong ability to adapt to different cultures and environments.
  • Supporting the Store Manager in all essential duties necessary for the efficient operation of the store.

Job Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Retail Assistant Manager position.
  • Strong leadership and teambuilding skills.
  • Effective training skills.
