As a commercial damage insurance broker, you will work in a comfortable call center environment. You understand the importance of being a customer's first point of contact when needed.

In full expansion, it needs insurance professionals like you to join a stimulating team in a magnificent office located in Laval.

What we offer
Permanent employment
Base salary of $70,000
Advantageous commissions of 20% on sales made by the producer
A work-life balance
A service position, account manager, no sales required
Daytime schedule only. No evenings or weekends
Flexible schedule, according to your needs, during opening hours which are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Hybrid teleworking once a week in the office
40 hours per week
Full social benefits paid at 50% by the employer (Life insurance, drugs, dental, critical illness) after 3 months

You have ease in expressing yourself and communicating

A sense of solution, support, escalation and upselling
Carry out modifications, pricing, loyalty and solicitation during incoming and outgoing calls
Shop for quotes from our different insurers.

Who are you ?
You have your valid AMF commercial insurance license
You have 3 years of experience as a commercial broker
You know how to use policy work and epic
Bilingualism (French/English) required
You have computer skills to navigate several software programs, all on 2 screens
