About the job:

  • Play a vital role in further building up the Synpulse North America's practice around digital transformation and operational excellence topics by delivering on client projects, making key contributions to business development, thought leadership and other corporate initiatives
  • Identify opportunities, articulate Synpulse value, and support selling services to both new and existing clients
  • Conduct interviews and workshops to define future state visions and prioritization of opportunity areas that deliver value across people, processes, data & technology while ensuring buyin from clients' senior management
  • Independently drive the success of a project by directing activities ensuring high quality and timely deliverables
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Collaborate with a team of creative, fun, and driven colleagues

About you:

  • Between 2 and 7ys of experience at a consulting firm or in a corporate strategy/development role; or exceptional academic performance with a GPA>3.5 from a highly competitive masters' degree program and up to 2 year's experience at a consulting firm or in a corporate strategy development role
  • Experience working with or for clients in the banking, insurance or other financial services industries is strongly preferred
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel
