***This position is an IT Concierge role based out of our 181 Bay Street, Toronto Office***

About you:

As an IT Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for IT issues, providing hands-on support and assisting in the resolution of technical challenges to ensure smooth operations for our teams.

In this role, you will...
  • Provide desk-side support for hands-on IT issues.
  • Offer phone support to users in both onsite and remote locations.
  • Utilize remote desktop support tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Respond to requests and incidents through various channels, including phone, email, support queue, on-site visits, or remote-control sessions.
  • Track and log all requests for desktop service in Service-Now.
  • Ensure timely response and resolution of customer requests within specified SLAs.
  • Collaborate with senior IT support teams to escalate unresolved tickets and out-of-scope issues.
  • Perform conference room setups and assist with hardware replacements and deployments.
  • Maintain and track hardware inventory and assist in workstation setup for new hires and office moves.
What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree or Colledge Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a customer service-oriented IT role.
  • Strong technical skills with familiarity in Windows, Apple, and Android operating systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent client service and handle client inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
