NOTE: This position will be minimum 5-days a week onsite in the ST-HUBERT shop. Candidates must be able to start at 7:00AM to attend production meetings.

Description:


•These individuals are following details of specific event engines when they come to the shop to get maintenance.


•Their key task is to ensure communication is harmonized between the Event Managers and the key stakeholders in the shop.


•The operations coordinator will be organizing daily meetings with the Event Manager to give updates on the shop floor from a planning perspective. They are giving constant updates on the maintenance progression. They are orchestrating all the timelines of the maintenance plan.


•They have internal tools to help them understand the key milestones that need to be met to have a successful event.


•They are there to ensure a customer-centric approach and service on the shop floor.


•They are dealing with demands from Saint-Hubert, Plant 1 in Longueil, the UK and Singapore from any type.


•They are handling 20-50 requests by email or phone.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must haves:

1.Bilingual (Able to communicate clearly in French & English)

2.1-2+ years of experience in a Customer/Relationship management experience or in a shop environment (Fast-paced environment)

3.DEC (With 5 years of relevant experience) or Bachelors (with 2 years of relevant experience)

Assets

1.Experience in Aerospace

2.Planning or project management

3.Technical experience with Aircraft engines

4.Experience with CRM/SAP
