Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead training sessions for owners and management teams, focusing on maximizing the potential of our POS systems.
- Collaborate closely with clients to tailor Cluster POS systems to their unique business needs.
- Craft engaging and comprehensive training programs that resonate with our diverse clientele.
- Offer support to our service department, assisting in resolving day-to-day customer issues and addressing complaints promptly and effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in both French and English, both written and spoken, is a must.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or autonomously.
- Impeccable professional appearance.
- Thrives in high-pressure environments and adapts quickly to change.

Rôles et responsabilités:

- Diriger des séances de formation pour les commerçants et les équipes de direction, en mettant l'accent sur l'optimisation du potentiel de nos systèmes de PDV.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les clients pour adapter les systèmes de point de vente Cluster à leurs besoins commerciaux uniques.
- Concevoir des programmes de formation engageants et complets qui trouvent un écho auprès de notre clientèle diversifiée.
- Offrir un soutien à notre département de service, en aidant à résoudre les problèmes quotidiens des clients et en traitant les plaintes rapidement et efficacement.

Exigences:

- La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, est indispensable.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de relations interpersonnelles, de communication et de gestion du temps.
- Capacité avérée à travailler en collaboration dans un contexte d'équipe ou de manière autonome.
- Une apparence professionnelle impeccable.
- La capacité à s'épanouir dans des environnements à forte pression et à s'adapter rapidement au changement.
- Une passion pour l'apprentissage et une capacité à travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution.
