Inputing data into the LoneWolf system with precision and accuracyAssisting in coordinating transactions and managing contractsSummarizing important terms, conditions, and closing dates from contractsOverseeing transactions from contract execution to closingMaintaining clear communication with agents, and all other stakeholders ensuring all necessary documents are obtainedCollaborating with the larger team as neededProviding exceptional customer service throughout the closing processHandling confidential information with integrity and discretionExecuting delegated tasks efficiently and effectivelySupport the onboarding of new agents joining the teamOther administrative and support duties as required including, at times, coverage and support of your fellow team membersWhat you'll bring with you:

Experience in a Transaction Coordinator position and/or expereince working in an admin support role within a brokerageExceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenImpeccable organizational skills with a sharp attention to detailProactive approach with a can-do attitudeFriendly and helpful demeanor, always ready to solve problemsTech-savvy with familiarity in office management proceduresAvailability to work full-time hours, Monday through FridayIf you're ready to take on an exciting challenge and contribute to our success, we'd love to hear from you This is a full time permanent in person role.
