L'équipe des taxes indirectes de McKesson Canada gère les fonctions comptables et légales liées aux taxes indirectes pour toutes les entités canadiennes de McKesson, ainsi que les obligations en matière de fiscalité environnementale. Ce rôle consiste à assister l'équipe dans diverses obligations, tâches et projets liés aux taxes indirectes et à la fiscalité environnementale.

**Responsabilités**:
Les tâches et les responsabilités comprennent généralement, sans s'y limiter, supporter l'équipe des taxes indirectes en liens avec leurs projets et mandats, tels que:

- La conformité en matière de taxes indirectes canadiennes pour toutes les entités McKesson.
- Les obligations de conformité environnementale.
- Les divers audits et vérifications en taxes indirectes, incluant préparer et réviser les documents à soumettre aux vérificateurs.
- Effectuer des revues de la taxabilité des produits et des recherches sur les composantes des produits.
- Préparer diverses écritures de journal et réconciliations de comptes.
- Effectuer les paiements pour divers versements de taxes.
- Assurer la conformité de la politique de conservation des documents en s'assurant que tous les documents sont correctement classés.
- Les communications et la correspondance.
- Autres tâches pouvant être assignées.

**Expérience mínimale requise**
- Nécessite généralement plus d'une année d'expérience connexe.

The McKesson Canada Indirect Tax team that manages the accounting and legal indirect tax functions for all Canadian McKesson entities as well as environmental taxation obligations. This role consists of assisting the team with various indirect tax and environmental taxation obligations, tasks, and projects.

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team and obtain a great learning experience, from both a tax and an accounting perspective.

This role is a contract position, full-time during the summer with the possibility of going part-time during the school year.

**Responsibilities**

Duties and responsibilities generally include but are not limited to assisting the indirect tax team with:

- Indirect tax considerations for all McKesson entities.
- Environmental taxation obligations.
- Various indirect tax audits, prepare documents to be submitted to various levels of government auditors and officials in the course of the audits.
- Product taxability reviews and product component research.
- Preparation of various periodic account reconciliations and journal entries.
- Processing payments for various tax installments.
- Compliance of retention policy by ensuring all documentation is properly filed.
- Communications and correspondence.
- Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

**Minimal requirement**
- Typically requires 1+ years of related experience.

**Additions skills**
- Completed or in the process of completing a Bachelor of Commerce or Accounting program preferred
- Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must have interest in the field of Finance and Tax
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to details and effective listener
- Team spirit and eagerness to learn
- Proactive, dynamic and well-organized
- The incumbent of this position will provide daily
