About The Role:_
- Assist and support in administering the corporate service functions of the Centre.
- Provide front desk reception duties.
- Conduct general office administration duties.
- Provide full spectrum administration of facility management function of the Centre.
- Undertake any other responsibilities and duties as assigned by the supervisor, and the Executive Director.
Core Competencies:_
- Exhibits maturity, sincerity, and passion to work with individuals and families who are facing challenges.
- A good team player with a positive attitude as well as a caring and compassionate individual.
Preferred achievements / characteristics:_
- Has at least 1 year of reception, customer service and facility management experience.
- Preferably with knowledge and skills in administrative work.
