RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plans, organizes, and schedules the day for all technicians; establishes and monitors workflow and makes changes as necessary to improve quality of service.
  • Completes daily tasks including, preparing glass estimates and invoices through QuickBooks, data entry, ordering and receiving glass, and filing.
  • Adheres to established policies and procedures regarding quality assurance and accuracy in data input.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all financial, personnel and resident data; maintains accounting records.
  • Handles payments from customer's concerning billings from residences, strata managers and commercial businesses; prepares bank deposits.
  • Presents a positive attitude while providing a window glass quotes over the phone.
