In this role you will:

  • Demonstrate workflow in a photo studio
  • Work closely with producer, photographers and art directors to schedule photography and video for print, social media, online video and branded campaigns
  • Order catering and prep studio space for client meetings
  • Manage and create schedule with producer support, Including sending daily and weekly schedules and communicating schedule changes
  • Manage details of all upcoming and ongoing photoshoots to ensure crews are prepared with appropriate sets and props needed
  • Work with the Prop Manager to ensure required set piece are prepared for shoot dates
  • Organize seasonal wardrobe and accessory changeovers
  • Organize wardrobe, samples and props for daily schedules
  • Ensure accuracy with a high attention to detail
  • Assist on multiple projects within a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
  • Contribute ideas and work as part of an integrated, multidiscipline team as well autonomously
  • Present and clearly articulate solutions to team members

What we are looking for in this role:

  • 1 to 3 years' education/experience in photography or equivalent degree program; photography or assistant experience an asset
  • Ability to manage details of multiple jobs
  • Strong administrative skills: excel, word and google sheets
  • Proficiency in Keynote
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Drivers license required
