Utilizing our Electric Cargo Specialty Use Trikes, you play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our clients' orders while contributing to a cleaner and greener environment.

About Zipply


Zipply Logistics is a start-up last mile delivery service that specializes in delivering all around Vancouver, with a focus on its high density areas like Downtown.

We are committed to a zero emissions fleet, with an initial service of a completely electric cargo trike network.


At Zipply, we focus on bringing value, reliability, and efficiency to our customers, all while building and using sustainable and zero emissions infrastructure.


Responsibilities

  • Safely operate our proprietary electric cargo trikes to deliver and pick up packages to and from various locations within the city.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with clients and customers.
  • Ensure that all deliveries are completed accurately and within the specified timeframes.
  • Use of our delivery technology (phone app, etc) to complete routes, communicate with customers and dispatch operations.
  • Follow all traffic laws and safety guidelines to ensure personal and public safety.
  • Handle and transport packages with care to prevent damage during transit.
  • Perform basic maintenance and upkeep of the electric cargo trike to ensure its proper functioning.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be comfortable using a cellphone, computer, and other delivery technologies
  • Must be willing to get/have a City of Vancouver Courier License (Zipply will cover all costs)
  • Proficient cycling skills and comfortable riding in various weather conditions.
  • Strong familiarity with the city's streets, neighborhoods, and landmarks.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Customer serviceoriented attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift packages up to 50lbs.
  • Must be able to access our warehouse and HQ in East Vancouver.
  • Prior experience as a courier or delivery rider is a plus.
  • Commitment to adhering to environmental and safety standards.
  • Safety focus at all times.
