WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • General office cleaning and maintenance of the facility (including cleaning washrooms, locker room and cafeteria).
  • Operate sweeper, floor scrubbers, buffers and vacuum cleaner to maintain all floors (carpet, tile, concrete).
  • Responsible for maintaining all custodial equipment and ensuring there is enough supplies available.
  • Set up for employee meetings and meals and clean up afterwards.
  • Perform minor building maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, AC filters, washing windows, etc. May use small hand and power tools.
  • Any other duties as assigned or needed.

Job Requirements:

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Previous custodial experience in a commercial or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Demonstrates the ability to carry out specified work procedures and follows directions of supervisor.
  • Able to multitask and work independently with mínimal direction and supervision.
  • Must be detail oriented, a selfstarter with a strong work ethic and good safety record.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Abide by all company policies, procedures, and workplace practices.
  • Physical requirements: requires frequent standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
