**Job Description**:
**Here is what an ordinary day of work might look like**:

- Be the guardian of cleanliness by providing general office cleaning and maintaining facility hygiene, including washrooms, locker rooms, and cafeteria.
- Utilize advanced equipment such as sweepers and vacuum cleaners to keep all floors (carpet, tile, concrete) spotless.
- Ensure the custodial equipment is well-maintained, and supplies are readily available.
- Set up and prepare employee meetings and meals, ensuring a comfortable environment, and clean up afterward.
- Perform minor building maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs, AC filters, washing windows, etc., using small hand and power tools.
- Be adaptable and ready to assist with any other duties assigned or needed.

Job Requirements:
**This job is for you if you have**:

- Prior custodial experience in a commercial or manufacturing environment is preferred, demonstrating your ability to excel in this role.
- Possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Show initiative in following work procedures and instructions from supervisors.
- Exhibit excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work independently with mínimal direction or supervision.
- Attention to detail is crucial, along with being a self-starter and having a strong work ethic and a stellar safety record.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective coordination with team members and employees.
- Uphold all company policies, procedures, and workplace practices.
- Physical requirements: Expect frequent standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
