Position Summary

Bluum is seeking a strategic and proactive Project Manager to oversee and drive key initiatives within our internal marketing department, including channel marketing efforts. This role requires a skilled project leader who can seamlessly integrate all facets of marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and partner expectations.

The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and delivering measurable results that enhance Bluum's market presence and partnership channels.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Lead the execution of marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Strategy Alignment: Work closely with marketing executives to ensure all projects align with strategic business goals and strengthen brand identity. Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communications, facilitating collaboration across internal teams and external partners. Channel Marketing: Project plan channel marketing strategies, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Resource Management: Allocate resources appropriately to maximize efficiency and outcomes, managing schedules, and adjusting as necessary to meet project demands. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the progress of projects, including key performance indicators, to stakeholders and upper management. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the project timeline and outcomes. Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the outcomes of marketing projects to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement in future projects.

Education & Skill Requirements

3 years of proven experience in project management within a marketing environment, with a strong understanding of channel marketing dynamics. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting. Superior interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders and team members. Adaptability and resilience, with a proven track record of navigating through ambiguity and adapting to evolving business needs. Experience with project management software and tools, with a keen understanding of marketing technologies and digital tools. Experience with Asana, Monday, and HubSpot is preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
