- Handle cash transactions and operate the pointofsale (POS) system
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent overintoxication
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar area
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably as a bartender or server
- Familiarity with operating a pointofsale (POS) system is preferred
