Sales Contract Coordinator

Located in the Southern Ontario Region (Burlington, Hamilton) you're a career Sales Professional who has demonstrated track record of selling, sales management, and sales leadership.

You lead by example and demonstrate hard work and strong business ethics in achieving company sales targets.You have "been there and done that" and this exciting opportunity is your opportunity to build your legacy as you grow a sales team, our revenue, profits, and our company.
As a proven industry leader, Toshont Power Products (TPP), established in 1993, is a Canadian distributor of Toshiba Industrial Electrical Products.
and lead a sales teamindustry trade shows conferences and events
and identify opportunities to sell products and services along with the sales team
strong and successful customer and sales team relationships
market conditions/competition/technology
meet or exceed sales targets by supporting the sales team
to train, coach, motivate and supervise a sales team
to bond and create rapport with clients and sales team
in Excel and Word
internal and external sales teams (at least 3 salespeople)
background in customer service and handling sales related customer service issues
directly observed and shadowed a sales team
performance reviews and supervised productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization.
and sold at trade shows and conferences
with territorial travel and up to 8 overnights per month
in initiating change for sales and team improvement
or managed medium to long sales cycles
set and met sales quotas in the past.
the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization.
with the ability to follow a sales system
years plus of sales management experience
and technical knowledge of industrial electrical products
Technical Diploma, Bachelor or MBA
High School graduate acceptable with exceptional industry or sales management experience.
