Position Overview:

The Treatment Consultant is a high performing role within EHN Canada, responsible for driving admissions into a network of treatment centers from different inbound channels and through strong initial call relationship building, consistent follow ups, and effective closing techniques.

Reporting to the Admissions Manager, this position plays a pivotal role in driving the revenue of the admissions department, achieving department targets, and reviewing new processes and technology.


  • Providing information about our products, services, or treatment options, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients/patients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Staying uptodate on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
  • Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or healthcare consulting roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards (preferred).
