Le titulaire de ce poste fait rapport de ses recommandations d'amélioration continue au comité de gestion avec qui il collabore étroitement quant aux différents éléments reliés au contrôle interne.


L'analyste assure un lien opérationnel et technique auprès des équipes de vente : « Gestion de Patrimoine, Placement et financement et Service aux membres».

Il peut à l'occasion supporter les gestionnaires lors de réunions d'information auprès des ressources.

Également, Il doit s'assurer que les nouveaux livrables et les nouvelles politiques ou normes en lien avec les contrôles internes sont connus et bien implantés.

À cet effet, il réalise les suivis requis selon les responsabilités spécifiques qui lui sont confiées.


Il assure l'exactitude et la solidité financière ainsi que la réputation de la caisse en exerçant une gestion adéquate des risques et en soutenant la direction générale dans la reddition de comptes.

General Information on the Position


Main responsibilities- Advise members and clients on the best strategies and work with them to identify expected results.- Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify areas for improvement.- Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices in your field.- Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community.

Other working conditions- Schedule : 19.5 hours/week- The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work #LI-Hybrid- Temporary work: scheduled to end on January 30, 2024- Number of jobs available : 1

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Please note that other combinaisons of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required

Specific knowledge- Knowledge of current financial, economic, political and legislative events- Knowledge of analysis of individual markets, business leaders, and the caisse's external environment (e.g. clients, market trends and competitors)- Knowledge of tax, financial and succession issues for individuals and business owners- Knowledge of all products and services aimed at caisse members and those offered by Desjardins Business Centres, Desjardins components and distribution networks, and those offered by competitors- Knowledge of debt management- Knowledge of compliance with legislation respecting the distribution of financial products and services- Understanding of the philosophy and fundamentals of financial services cooperatives- Knowledge of policies, legislation and standards related to products and services offered by the caisse Desjardins business processes- Knowledge of service standardsDesjardins Cross-sector skills
