We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Silkscreen Technician.

This role is vital in maintaining the smooth operation of our printing services and ensuring top-notch quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the setup and operation of screenprinting machines.
• Preparing and cleaning screens for printing.
• Washing screens postprinting, ensuring they are free of ink and emulsion.
• Monitoring print runs for consistency and quality.
• Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment.
• Helping in the packing and dispatch of finished goods.
• Collaborating with the team to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Following all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in screen printing is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience in screen printing industry.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
• Good physical condition, able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
