We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Silkscreen Technician. This role is vital in maintaining the smooth operation of our printing services and ensuring top-notch quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing screens for printing.
- Washing screens post-printing, ensuring they are free of ink and emulsion.
- Stretching new screens
- Monitoring print runs for consistency and quality.
- Collaborating with the team to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Following all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in screen printing is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year experience in screen printing industry.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical condition, able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
