Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Beverage Server to join our team. As a Beverage Server, you will be responsible for taking orders and serving beverages to our guests. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide them with menus
  • Take drink orders from customers
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks
  • Ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery
  • Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Collect payments from customers and process transactions accurately
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred
  • Knowledge of the food industry, hospitality, and restaurant operations
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and handling procedures
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Types:

Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
