  • We are looking for a Data Integrity Specialist, Wealth Operations
The Data Integrity Specialist is accountable for ensuring files are compliant within compliance and regulatory standards.

Working in close partnership with the field offices, the Data Integrity Specialist will provide ad-hoc value-added verification of trade completeness to Advisors.

What you will do

Review new applications, trade paperwork and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.

Run, compile, save, and compare transaction report information to transaction paperwork for accuracy and retention purposes.

Verifying and investigating information within Investment Centre when necessary

Communicating with advisors/ Administrative Staff regarding incomplete / missing documentation and requirements.

Liaising with Advisors/Admin Staff and possibly Head Office staff for resolution of investment related issues

Escalating unresolved issues to Team Coordinator.

Track, report and resolve all Not In Good Order transactions/paperwork for advisors

Staying up to date on processes, policies, and procedures

What you will bring

College diploma an asset

Strong written, verbal and virtual communications and customer service skills

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to sort through data and pull out meaningful intel.

Strong attention to detail

Ability to adapt to an ever-changing business environment

Ability to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to

Ability to succeed and work well under pressure

Ability to prioritize, focus and balance multiple priorities at all times.

  • The base salary for this position is between $41, $68,700.
00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
