Customer Service/receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Scheduling deliveries
  • Order deficiencies, return/exchange management
  • Informing customers of product or parts back orders, or substitutions if required
  • Providing a weekly report on the status of customers cases back to your assigned rep
  • Arranging installation
  • Placing service calls
  • Other duties as directed by Appliance Canada

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and French will be given priority consideration
  • High school education or higher

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
