IT Technical Support Analyst

• Assist in the management of the Infrastructure, including, network, servers, storage, backup, database, and other infrastructure related activities
• Manage the enterprise network environment with a focus on availability, reliability, and performance /
- Provide technical and maintenance support for hardware (connected to the network) and software used in all areas.
- End user support for all technical aspects of Information Technology Infrastructure (IT IN) - PCs, Printers, Network, Voice, etc.
- Responsible of the implementation of standard IT configuration, processes and tools.
- Responsible to comply with Information Technology Information Security (IT IS) guidelines.
- Responsible to coordinate procurement activities with local and regional IT Procurement organizations.
- Responsible to coordinate IT services invoicing activities with local and regional AP organizations.
- Problem analysis and solution.
- User service requests documentation and follow up through the standard Service Portal.
- Communicate and follow up on the usage of standard IT processes and tools with customers/ end users.
- Assist in gathering bid prices on equipment and supplies, as needed
- Coordination of new maintenance projects with IT Competency Centers.
- Coordination of new maintenance projects with external service providers.
- Monitor and evaluate efficiency of software/hardware usage, providing items to be covered in training of users, making them more efficient.
- Assist in the back-up on file servers and database servers
- Install servers and other hardware.
- Add and maintain users on the network, assigning application access, ensuring security, and maintaining their configurations are within standards
Assist in other areas of a project, as needed, including requirements gathering, design, testing, system and documentation
Position requirements
Completion of Post-Secondary degree/diploma in IT or related field
Ability to travel as needed (5-10%)
Valid driver's license and passport
