As our innovative business continues to rapidly grow, we are seeking a full time Fish Processor at our Richmond location.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Fish Processor is responsible for processing fish. If you are able to work in a cooler, fast paced environment and work under pressure with mínimal supervision, we would love to hear from you

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Cut and trim fish, also involve pin boning
  • Responsible for processing of orders in the processing department
  • Cleaning and sanitizing
  • Some other tasks required by the processing supervisor
  • Could involve working night shifts as well as weekends.

Requirements:

  • Flexible in terms of availability
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs.
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
  • Basic knife skills an asset
  • Comfortable working in a cooler/freezer environment
  • Reliable, hardworking, punctual, team player and committed to deliver the job.
  • Knowledge in seafood processing and experience is an advantage but not required.
