Role Overview:
We seek a highly skilled Community Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Kamloops.

This role is crucial as they need someone with extensive experience in building operations, a solid commitment to customer service, and alignment with our client's organization's vision of creating enjoyable and lasting experiences in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring all building systems are functioning optimally.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and community engagement.
Manage maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely repairs.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of property management professionals.
Handle resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Foster a welcoming and inclusive community atmosphere.
