Responsibilities:

  • Incident Management:
  • Respond to incoming tickets to the Service Delivery team to provide courteous, timely and effective resolution of end user issues
  • Logging of incidents, requests, and resolution time on ITSM tool (ticketing system)
  • Hardware & Software support:
  • Provide frontline support and resolution to customer queries.
  • PC Imaging and deployment. Assisting with product setup and configuration where required.
  • Independently gather incident information to diagnose, analyze symptoms, and troubleshoot root cause. Identify problems in a logical manner and discover solutions.
  • Assist Infrastructure team with projects to maintain and upgrade network, server, storage, and other IT infrastructure.
  • IT Asset and Inventory management
  • Access management:
  • Management of permissions to resource of information like network folder, licensing, etc.
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees by ensuring that user accounts and access are configured
  • IT Asset management:
  • Maintenance of IT hardware & software inventory on IT asset management system
  • Management of events and IT security alerts:
  • Take remediation action on users' machines on antivirus and other security alerts
  • Work with Global infrastructure team to determine cause of network and infrastructure alerts and assist with solutions.
  • Documentation:
  • Create training material and delivery basic training to users on the correct utilization of standard hardware and software
  • Contribute to Knowledge Base. Thoroughly document support incidents, customer interactions and resolutions for future knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Demonstrated recent experience in delivering IT support.
  • Technical skills in the installation, configuration, and support of computer hardware such as workstations, printers and other peripheral equipment.


Time Management
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high workload and effectively adjust when priorities change, managing time and resources effectively.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • This position interacts intensively with end users so welldeveloped customer focus and social skills are a must.
  • Medium level of knowledge supporting users in a Windows 10 Enterprise Domain environment, including Active Directory, Office 365, print services and conferencing technologies.
  • Knowledge of IT Infrastructure including understanding of computer network, cabling, network file and print services (SMB, SMTP, VPN, etc.).
