Specifically, you will:

Branch management

  • Compile and analyze sales figures
  • Maintain an adequate level of inventory while closely managing product replenishment.
  • Draw up store personnel schedules
  • Quotes, researches and special orders for furniture and assists branch employees when needed.
  • Get quotes from different suppliers when a breakdown occurs in the branch and make the necessary appointments.
Delivery

  • Coordinate furniture delivery days and ensure that they are as full as possible.
  • Ensure each morning that all stationery and furniture packages are on the day's delivery, and if not, advise customers of the delay. If packages are damaged, repeat the order and notify the customer.
  • Coordinate with customer service and warehouse when a package is missing or there is an error in a customer order.
Sales development

  • Analyze the Corporate Account Manager's customer sales reports and meet with him regularly to
  • Identify the reasons for a drop or inaction in sales with certain customers, and identify ways to rectify the situation.
  • Evaluate the relevance of maintaining or removing a customer from the Corporate Account Manager's customer list
  • Guide account managers during contract renewals
  • Develop and maintain a business relationship with customers to meet their needs
  • Ensure the retention of existing customers
  • Prospecting
  • Maximize customer profitability during contract renewals
  • Always ensure that actions taken are linked to the achievement of objectives, and assist the Account Manager in finding solutions to meet these objectives.
Customer service

  • Assist Product and Service Advisors as required when they need pricing, approval for a "nonstandard" return, or when they have a problem they can't solve on their own.
Personnel management

  • Manage a team of 8 employees and 1 delivery subcontractor
  • Communicate expectations in terms of concrete results to employees
  • Develop, lead, train and support employees in the area of customer service
  • Promote collaboration between employees and staff from other departments.

  • Five years of experience in customer service
