**Objectif du rôle**
- Gérer une ou plusieurs équipes de Mise en service (_Product Introduction - PI_) sur site du client effectuant des activités de mise en œuvre de la garantie (dépannage, diagnostique de panne, vérification de la flotte, modification sur le terrain, entreposage, etc.).
- Gérer l'exécution de la mise en service du matériel roulant.

**Principales responsabilités**
- Déployer, gérer et faire respecter les processus Alstom de mise-en-service
- Gérer l'équipe de mise-en-service et de garantie (incluant les modifications) ainsi que sa charge de travail
- Assurer la disponibilité des compétences nécessaires/qualifiées de son équipe
- Planifier/coordonner/être un support technique et administratif pour les employés
- Assurer la contribution à la croissance de la fiabilité et au retour d'expérience (REX) gestion de données relatives aux défauts/défaillances, en coordonnant et en collaborant avec les équipes d'interface, en produisant des rapports réguliers
- Assurer la disponibilité de la flotte selon les engagements contractuels, responsable de rétablir la disponibilité
- Assurer l'exécution des activités relatives à la mise-en-service et à la garantie, y compris l'assistance à la validation (si nécessaire)
- Assurer la mise à jour de la configuration du produit (« as-maintained ») jusqu'à la fin de la garantie
- Superviser l'équipe de matériel et logistique (pièces de rechange, consignation, disponibilité des stocks de garantie)
- Fournir le REX de la période de garantie à l'organisation via le "cadre" PI
- Gérer la relation clientèle pour tous sujets liés à la garantie
- Coordonner les activités de vérification de la flotte, et les activités de modifications nécessaires au produit
- Identifier/soutenir la gestion de projet et les équipes de services pour identifier et matérialiser les opportunités de vente incitative par rapport aux besoins des clients
- Gèrer les outils nécessaires pour l'exécution des activités de mise-en-service, de garantie et de modifications.

**Exigences Formation**:

- Technicien certifié ou diplômé dans un domaine technique
- Formation SSE

**Expérience**:

- Plusieurs années d'expérience technique, mécanique ou électrique/électronique et Dépannage
- Expérience ferroviaire et en chantier
- Exécution de projet (technique/industriel)
- Test, mise-en-service et gestion de garantie
- Gestion d'équipe, revue de performance
- Gestion de conflit
- Sécurité ferroviaire, connaissances SSE
- Gestion de la relation clientèle
