Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Under broad direction, oversee the operations of the production team in a focus factory or general production area.
  • Responsible for conducting performance evaluations, setting objectives, providing training, and supervising staff.
  • Cultivate a team-oriented environment by organizing and overseeing group activities.
  • Allocate tasks to team members/leaders and assess outcomes.
  • Support the achievement of short and long-term objectives aligned with manufacturing management, production teams, and the organization.
  • Focus on driving process enhancements, contribute to the development and implementation of procedures and policies for designated areas, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards.
  • Accountable for the efficiency and quality of functions under their supervision.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is desirable.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing.

Candidates who surpass the basic job requirements will be evaluated for higher-tier positions based on their background, additional requirements, and business demands. Depending on qualifications, experience, and expertise, various opportunities may be available, such as Production Group Leader or Senior Production Group Leader.
