Under the direction of the Food Service Supervisor, or designate, the Food Service Worker is responsible for the production of high quality food in a sanitary environment.
Consistent with the mission and philosophy of Bonnechere Manor, contributes to the efficient operation of the Food Service department within an interdisciplinary resident-focused team.
- Grade 12 graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience
Certificate
- Food Service Worker Program, as approved by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities and recognized by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care OR Diploma
Certificate
- Food Safety Awareness Program, as approved by a Public Health Unit
- Ability to work any shifts, be available for shortnotice callins and to maintain regular attendance is required
- Ability to meet and maintain health requirement standards of Bonnechere Manor, as per Long-Term Care Legislation.
