Position reports to:
Accounting Manager
Lépine is well established as a premier builder and landlord in Eastern Ontario, and specializes in building premium, resort-style, multi-family apartment communities.
_JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE_
- To provide parttime administrative support that will include filing, office supply ordering and control, answering phones and greeting visitors. As well, as handling courier service and project work as assigned to facilitate business operations and offer front line customer service to always represent Lépine in a professional and friendly manner.
_POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES_
- Maintain files, records, confidential correspondences, reports, and letters pertaining to departmental and business activities for future reference
- Track and maintain stocks of office and kitchen supplies, stationary, general inventory, apparel and uniforms and place orders when necessary.
- Greet visitors and handle courier services.
- Direct incoming calls and record messages as needed.
- Additional responsibilities may be added from time to time depending on organizational requirements._
_POSITION REQUIREMENTS_
- 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- French is an asset, but not necessary.
To be successful in this role you must have outstanding communication and customer service skills and can juggle between time and tasks.
