In addition to the core functionality of selling tickets to events, the product roadmap includes everything from an integrated back-end dashboard to travel and DIY products while ensuring we service 110% of user and customer needs of today and tomorrow.


As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a dynamic Box Office Lead / Client Support to our AdmitONE business.


The Box Office Lead / Client Support will provide on site support to AdmitONE clients and venues in execution of events from a Box Office perspective.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive and proactive approach to ticketing activities at the Box Office with a strong commitment to superior customer service
  • Provide support and assistance to the Manager, Client Services in all areas of Box Office and ticketing operations including ticket processing using AdmitONE
  • Work at Offsite venues to sell or issue event tickets.
  • Inventory Management (releasing holds, processing paid and comp sales)
  • Office support for Settlement, Event reporting scheduling and VIP lists
  • Communicate with QET FOH supervisor and production manager preshow to ensure all event information is received and understood
  • Help to schedule and hire part time box office personnel
  • Some travel may be required from time to time.
  • Other duties as required
Must-haves- Our shows and events take place in the evenings, during weekends and on holidays. As a result, flexibility to work these shifts is required- While this role will be located primarily at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre, flexibility to work box office at other various venues throughout may be required- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Accuracy and strong attention to detail- Ability to maintain strong relationships with those both inside and outside the business- Innovative, creative and critical thinking- Problem solving and analytical abilities- Project management, multi-tasking, and time management- Ability to work well with a team or individually

Schedule:
Part-time 10-35 hrs/week (Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays)

Reports to:
General Manager, AdmitONE

Wage:
$20-$22/Hr
