360.Agency is looking for an OPS Support Technician to join its Operations team. Our 'tech'ops' optimize, troubleshoot or modify the platforms offered to our clients in the Canadian automotive industry.

This is not an IT support position.
You will configure and resolve technical problems on our products and services (automotive inventory management, CRM products, etc.) for our automotive dealerships.

  • Analysis of support tickets (Jira Service Desk tool)
  • Use of existing documentation (Confluence tool) and add contributions if necessary
  • File management and communication with all third parties (Rogers, Kijiji, AutoHebdo, CarGurus, AutoTrader, Facebook Marketplace, LesPac etc.)
  • Configure the parameters of the websites offered to customers.
  • Active participation in the continuous improvement of the processes followed by the team
  • Carry out any other task relating to his position which will be entrusted to him
  • Please note that after the 6 month training period, each employee is added to the 24 hour rotation of Extended Support. The candidate can perform up to 26 rotations (weeks) throughout the year depending on the number of technical operations in the rotation list. Additional remuneration will be paid for each rotation made.

    • Java

  • Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets or any relevant similar tools
  • Experience in a web-related company (e-commerce website)
