Audit, Risk & Compliance Provides subject matter expertise in the analysis, development, approval process, issuance and communication of Risk policy frameworks in alignment with standards.

Writes, publishes and maintains policy documentation to achieve the desired business results and support corporate, compliance and/or regulatory requirements. Influences and negotiates to achieve business objectives.
Recommends and implements solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business.
Analyzes the impact of projects related to compliance, transformation, system upgrades etc. on policies and procedures.

Builds change management plans of varying scope and type; leads or participates in a variety of change management activities including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation and sustainment of initiatives.

Assists in preparing materials required for Audits and Regulatory Exams.
Provides input into the planning and implementation of operational programs.
Identifies and eliminates gaps in current state of policies and procedural documentation.
Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues.
Identifies business needs, designs/develops tools and training programs; may include delivery of training to audiences.

Typically between - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

In-depth knowledge of risk management, audit, compliance, and / or governance policy management.
In-depth knowledge of business and regulatory environment.
Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
Demonstrated experience with SharePoint database application, execution, modification, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Project management skills – in-depth.

Data driven decision making - In-depth.
Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
