Join Our Customer Care Team

We are looking for a dedicated candidate to handle incoming calls, emails, and chats regarding plan information, coverage, and claims eligibility. Extensive training will be provided to enhance your product knowledge. This full-time role offers a hybrid work model with a set shift after training completion.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service (contact centre, retail, or restaurant)
  • Excellent customer service and active listening skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capacity to multitask and navigate various computer programs simultaneously
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and discretion
  • Proven conflict resolution capabilities
  • Strong decision-making skills to address customer concerns effectively
  • Effective time management and multitasking aptitude
  • Capability to remain composed in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
  • Bonus: Familiarity with group benefits and claims administration
