Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service in our dynamic restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable
• Serve food and beverages according to established standards and procedures
• Assist with meal preparation, including ensuring all items are properly portioned and presented
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests
• Collaborate with kitchen and other staff members to ensure efficient service
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure smooth operations
• Utilize POS systems and manage transactions

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
• Knowledge of serving techniques and standards
• Familiarity with food and beverage preparation, handling, and safety practices
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• SmartServe Certifacate is a plus
