Talent Strategist

Adecco is looking for a Talent Strategist for one of our local branches. Your main focus will be on delivering outstanding customer and candidate experiences, driving sales and growth through targeted sales, client service, and recruitment efforts. In this role, you will engage with both customers and candidates, ensuring a win-win situation for all by offering top-notch service to clients, candidates, and associates. Are you a motivated self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking someone who can nurture existing client relationships, attract new business, and enhance client satisfaction.
This position offers a blend of remote work and in-office tasks. Candidates should be willing to travel to our local office for training and required in-office assignments. Adecco provides a flexible work environment and training opportunities to enable you to make well-informed decisions independently.

What you'll be doing- Actively seeking new business opportunities and generating sales leads through recruitment activities
- Delivering effective sales presentations and negotiating terms with clients
- Expanding brand awareness, networking, and maintaining industry knowledge
- Efficiently filling and managing client orders and candidate placements
- Providing feedback, coaching, and support to associates for their professional growth
- Maintaining accurate client and candidate records using Adecco technology
Requirements for success in this role include:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Networking and lead generation abilities
- Resourcefulness and self-motivation
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to customer service and teamwork
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
