Your future duties and responsibilities

On a typical day, you will:

  • Perform administrative tasks;
  • Conduct validations through internet searches or phone calls;
  • Prepare documents;
  • Complete forms;
  • Track documents to be received;
  • Scan and file documents;
  • Verification of quality control reports;
  • Data entry.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  • DES or Equivalent work experience(s);
  • Thoroughness and rigourness;
  • Good sense of priority management;
  • Ability to conduct various internet searches;
  • Good sense of analysis;
  • Teamwork skills;
  • Versatility in the work to be done;
  • Pay experience (an asset);
  • Bilingualism (an asset).


Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
