About You:

We seek a talented Ruby on Rails Developer with 4+ years of web development experience to join our growing professional services team.

Your role involves delivering scalable products, incorporating industry trends, and collaborating with peers for successful outcomes.

You will work with engineers, project managers, and product owners to drive product development and delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Write clean, efficient code
  • Design robust features
  • Contribute across development phases
  • Create backend components
  • Maintain APIs
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs
  • Follow best practices

Skills & Requirements:

  • 10+ years of development experience
  • Ruby on Rails proficiency
  • Front-end technology knowledge (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery)
  • Experience with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL
  • RESTful API development
  • Web application development expertise
  • Project delivery track record
  • Source code control understanding
  • Knowledge of security principles
  • Agile and DevOps familiarity
  • Ability to multitask, attention to detail
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
