Located in Sussex, NB, this role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping and receiving, with a focus on inventory management and control.   • Pay Rate: $52,000 (negotiable, based on experience)
  • Shifts: Monday – Friday| 8am - 4:30pm
  • Location: Sussex, NB
  • Job type: Full-time |Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy in verifying goods in and out.
  • Maintain meticulous record-keeping and reconcile to documentation.
  • Follow up on picking slip shortages for outgoing orders.
  • Assist with inventory counts, reconciling overages and shortages.
  • Enter all receiving information into computer software.
  • Arrange freight pickups online.
  • Maintain a clean and efficient inventory area, organizing aisles and storage bins.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and collaborate with the team on counts.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Post-secondary education in shipping, document control, supply chain, or logistics is an asset.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in shipping & receiving.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience.
  • Forklift operator experience.
  • Background in inventory control and management.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with others and adapt to changes.
