Role Summary


As the District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing security operations in your assigned district and report directly to the Regional Manager.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supporting and overseeing all company operations within your district.
  • Ensure that all sites are managed effectively.
  • Facilitate and/or ensure that training is provided to all new hires in your district.
  • Manage and control companyowned property (such as uniforms, equipment, etc.)
  • Supporting the Regional Manager as it relates to operations, client management, and more.
  • Managing your workforce effectively and efficiently.
  • Participate in company growth by effectively managing client relations.
  • Scheduling employees in your district on a weekly basis.
  • Maintaining an accurate schedule by ensuring changes are reflected in TrackTik.
  • Covering shifts in emergency situations.
  • Complete necessary administrative tasks (such as new hire paperwork, reports, forms, etc.)
  • Seeing to client needs.
  • Overseeing 20+ retail locations.
  • Overseeing 50+ security personnel.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Valid Security License
  • Prior supervisory experience required
  • Valid Driver's license and own vehicle is required
  • Previous experience in security is required.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in the English language, spoken, written, and via electronics
  • Willingness to attend meeting and trainings to improve skills
  • Knowledgeable on safety processes and procedures
  • Ability to lead with clear objectives.
  • Prior management experience an

Job Types:

Salary:
$21.00-$25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:

  • DCS / DEC (preferred)

Experience:

  • Security: 3 years (required)
  • Supervisory: 1 year (required)
  • Administrative: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
  • Security Guard Licence (required)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (required)
  • Night Shift (preferred)
  • Overnight Shift (preferred)
