Course Information

Architecture is never the product of a single individual. The myth of the star architect, of the heroic and creative genius, is out of step with the reality of architectural practice in our increasingly complex society. Working collaboratively in teams, and with input from specialized consultants and stakeholder groups, students will develop the design of a complex building. A design process that enquires into, analyses, and integrates technical, cultural, social, and economic issues will be stressed.
