Description:
The Regional Brand Design Manager role involves managing creative projects and multi-regional initiatives in the AEA region. The position, located in Istanbul, Turkey, reports to the Head of EU/AEA Design in Basel, Switzerland. Responsibilities include translating business objectives into creative strategies, developing engaging designs, and overseeing print and digital content creation across various touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply strategic thinking to design work for the core business category
  • Implement a global design approach to create impactful customer experiences
  • Communicate project status effectively and build strong relationships
  • Maintain standards and guidelines for regional marketing partners
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for project execution
  • Support the development of packaging design processes
  • Attend key marketing meetings and print trials as required

Key Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Packaging design systems
  • Strong understanding of Brand Design fundamentals
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Knowledge of the consumer product industry and print techniques
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Programs
