Reporting to the Marketing Manager (or designate) and working out of the Collingwood Office, the Marketing Coordinator's role focuses on project and campaign coordination, reporting KPIs of multiple product lines at Parkbridge, and creative design.


The mandate is to drive occupancy, encourage traffic, generate leads at our RV Resorts and Residential Sales properties, and support our Property Operations teams and functions with all Brand-related designs and opportunities.

A close working relationship with Sales, Development, and Operations is important to formulate consistent and agreed-upon strategies to drive revenue.


SPECIFIC TASKS

  • Drive occupancy, encourage traffic, and generate leads at our RV Resorts and Residential Sales properties.
  • Support all brand initiatives for the company.
  • Assist stakeholders and your team in identifying, implementing, and executing against defined marketing objectives and plans
  • Provide input into our strategic marketing strategies and initiatives
  • Create, implement, and communicate action plans and timelines for effective and timely delivery of our marketing initiatives.
  • Liaise with sales and community managers at each property to identify local marketing opportunities in various regions as well as to develop relevant promotions and content.
  • Work with creative agencies and media vendors to take campaigns through production to markets.
  • Consult on design, coordinate, and monitor advertising and communication for Traditional, Social, and Digital media.
  • Consult on design and create sales and occupancy collateral sales, signage, and other marketing pieces.
  • Coordinate distribution, delivery, and/or set up of marketing & sales materials or signage.
  • Work within a marketing budget that identifies specific amounts to be allocated for targeted properties, publications, and promotions.
  • Assist Operations and Sales in the coordination and setup of Trade shows we participate in
  • Liaise with provincial and regional travel bureaus, camping and tourismrelated associations to enhance Parkbridge Resort's visibility.
  • Work with Operations and sales to ensure that property signage and marketing collateral is staged and branded appropriately
  • Update and monitor website content.
  • Assist in coordinating social media & digital activities.
  • Assist/ coordinate onsite events such as trade shows and open houses.
  • Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS

  • Excellent and proven marketing coordination skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain project performance database and track overall progress and achievement of milestones.
  • Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output.
  • Serve as a point of communication between company teams and external vendors / internal teams.
  • Understanding of technical and tactical key aspects of marketing, with an emphasis on advertising and promotions.
  • Excellent communication skills, (particularly writing).
  • Creative thinking combined with analytical capabilities.
  • Financially savvy with an innate ability to manage budgets.
  • Proficiency with the basic Microsoft toolkit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to successfully liaise with managers at Parkbridge properties.
  • Ability to work with multiple deadlines and tasks
  • Three or more years of experience in project coordination within the marketing space.
  • Real Estate Development will be prioritized
  • French verbal and written skills would be a significant asset
  • Current Driver's license is a requirement

EDUCATION

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing and project coordination experience
  • Degree or diploma from a recognized university or college business program with a specialization / major in Marketing is preferred
  • Graphic Design diploma or certificate is an asset
  • Event management experience and onsite coordination experience is an asset
  • Experience in highvolume real estate or hospitality marketing is an asset
